Amirose London Acquisition

In June 2025, File Forge Technology acquired Amirose London, a Norfolk manufacturer of personal-care products for premium and boutique brands. The transaction, valued at just over £5 million, included a related fundraising and the enlarged group's admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange. Terran Agency worked alongside the acquirer, providing commercial context on the personal-care market and practical support as the transaction moved from assessment to completion.

We remained close to the process through fundraising and admission, so that the case put at admission reflected the same picture the acquirer had used at signing.

Renewi Acquisition

In 2025, a consortium backed by Macquarie Asset Management and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation acquired Renewi, the European waste-to-product business. Terran Agency supported the investor group with research into the circular-economy market, helped assess the operating and stakeholder context, and remained involved as the transaction moved through diligence.

Our work covered the shape of the European recycling and recovered-materials market, the regulatory direction across Renewi's core geographies, the operating position of the business inside that market, and the stakeholder picture a long-hold infrastructure buyer would need to read carefully. We stayed with the process across diligence, so that the investor group could weigh the asset on the same set of assumptions from first look through to signing.
